Bootcamp Series Starts June 4th

Fitness Hooligans is gearing up for a beach body summer with our Bootcamp series workouts.
Our bootcamp series is all about ending the mind numbing and agonizing pain of typical cardio you do in a gym. Our workouts will combine strength, conditioning, and community. These workouts will be carefully crafted to keep you interested and coming back for more. We’ll take your body and fitness to a new level.
Over the course of 8 weeks I will teach you the proper form in the squat, shoulder press, deadlift, pull up, kettle-bell swings, and the variations of each exercises. These classes are carefully structured so that all the exercises can be scaled to the fitness levels of just about anyone. Also, the structure of the class itself is such that individuals can approach the class at whatever level of intensity they are comfortable with.
Class Structure:
- Dynamic Warm Up
- Flexibilty Drills
- Proper form instruction
- Interval based training circuit that is constantly varied
- Cool down
What to expect from Fitness Hooligans:
- Core strength and a tighter back side
- Average five pounds of weight loss
