Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) is a workout that incorporates various exercises into one minute intervals - a form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Our app allows users to set 3 to 5 exercises and 1 to 5 rounds with a simple 1 minute work timer and 1 minute rest timer. Give it a try for a great cardio and strength exercise you can follow easily!
